These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute the legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and maxwin ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the maxwin platform at maxwin.lat. Please read this Agreement in full before registering or placing any wager. By creating an account, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use maxwin. All accounts are subject to KYC identity verification. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be suspended and deposits returned.
Each player may hold only one maxwin account. Multiple accounts are a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on maxwin are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is applied. Minimum deposit is RM30; minimum withdrawal is RM50.
All bonuses and promotions at maxwin are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully satisfied.
Collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. maxwin reserves the right to void wagers and suspend accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
By accessing maxwin.lat, creating an Account, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the maxwin platform and close your Account by contacting [email protected].
maxwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address on file or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of maxwin following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Access to and use of the maxwin platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:
maxwin enforces mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all Accounts. Documentary evidence of age and identity — in the form of a valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or equivalent government-issued identity document — must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal can be processed. maxwin reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation at any time.
Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently suspended without notice. Any funds deposited by an underage individual will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, after deducting the value of any Wagers placed. maxwin will not pay out winnings derived from Wagers placed using an ineligible Account.
4.1 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) maxwin Account. Attempts to register multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or identity documents — constitute a breach of this Agreement. maxwin may suspend all associated Accounts and forfeit all balances upon detection of duplicate registration.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep Account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your maxwin Account password with any third party. maxwin will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where that access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported immediately to [email protected].
4.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your maxwin Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure, after satisfying any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, will be refunded to your designated payment method within 5 business days.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the maxwin platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversions are applied by maxwin.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. maxwin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX bank transfer (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Online, and RHB Now). Payment methods available to individual Players may vary based on account verification status and applicable regulations.
5.3 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit; however, Players who have set voluntary deposit limits through their Responsible Gaming account settings will be bound by those limits for the duration selected.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within one (1) business day. e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow) typically complete within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 1 to 3 business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. maxwin does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment service provider may impose their own transaction fees.
5.5 Payment Method Matching. For the prevention of money laundering, withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit. maxwin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a new or unverified payment method.
5.6 Suspicious Transactions. maxwin operates a transaction monitoring programme as required under its international gaming authority licence. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger a compliance review. Affected Accounts will be notified and may experience temporary processing delays pending completion of the review.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by maxwin are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering multipliers, eligible game restrictions, maximum bet limits during bonus play, time expiry, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.
6.2 Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be used in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be transferred to the real-money Wallet or withdrawn.
6.3 maxwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a promotional offer. Winnings generated through abuse of promotional terms may be voided.
6.4 Players who self-exclude or set deposit limits under the Responsible Gaming programme will not receive promotional bonus communications during the period of restriction.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maxwin platform:
Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of outstanding Wagers, forfeiture of Wallet balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
8.1 Each game available on the maxwin platform is governed by rules specific to that game, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between general Platform terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay and wager settlement.
8.2 maxwin uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems for virtual games and partners exclusively with internationally licensed live dealer studios for live casino content. All game outcomes are independently audited for fairness.
8.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a Wager, Players must submit a written dispute to [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. maxwin will investigate and respond within 10 business days. The decision of maxwin's compliance team, made in accordance with applicable game rules and independent audit data, is final and binding.
8.4 In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a live game session or affects Wager settlement, maxwin reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to the Player's Wallet. This constitutes the full and final remedy available to the Player in respect of technical interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, maxwin's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim. maxwin shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits or anticipated winnings; losses arising from technical interruptions, network failures, or Force Majeure events; or losses arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subject to change.
Nothing in this clause shall limit maxwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of maxwin's operating licence. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through maxwin's internal complaints process, Players may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by the applicable international gaming authority under whose licence maxwin operates. maxwin's decision on matters of game rules, Wager settlement, and Account conduct is final subject only to escalation through the designated regulatory dispute process.
maxwin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address registered on their Account or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of maxwin following such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically.
